Patient Feedback, Complaints & Comments

These are some of the comments we have received from patients in the last few weeks:

  • I would like to thank the dispensary team who went above and beyong.  I am so thankful for them and for how they helped in my hour of need.  
  • Just can't praise this medical centre enough, so much gratitude from all of my family.
  • We would like to express our appreciation for the treatment we have received since we moved to Litchdon Medical Centre by the Doctors and Nursing staff.  We cannot fault your service.
  • Patient wanted to pass on her thanks and appreciation to Laura on UCT today.  She was impressed with her promptness and kindness.

Let the practice know your views.

We may not always get it right all the time, so we appreciate feedback both good and not so good.  This allows us to give positive feedback to staff where appropriate and to look at areas that we need to improve. 

You can give us feedback by talking to any member of staff, completing the 'Comments Form' section on our Complaints & Comments practice leaflet below, speaking or writing to the practice manager or by leaving a review on the NHS choices website.

Thank you so much for enabling me to be part of your team. What an amazing team they are.

As a student it is always a bit daunting to go out to a new placement. Everyone has been so welcoming and friendly. I had a great induction, then being shown everywhere and being introduced as we went round.

What a knowledgeable lot they all are, each person I was paired with gave me time, knowledge and was able to answer the million and one questions I asked.

 There was a lot to observe which enabled me to learn so much from them all over the two weeks. It was great to get an insight as to all that goes on in the Medical Centre, far more than I first envisaged.

All the staff going about their day in a calm professional manner. All the patients I encountered were treated as individuals with respect and dignity by the staff. I really enjoyed my time with the practice.
