The Barnstaple Alliance Primary Care Network (PCN) are looking for a newly qualified GP (qualified within2 years) to work flexibly across both routine care and on the day acute care for the 4 Practices of Fremington, Brannam, Litchdon and Queens Medical Centres.

There are between 2 - 6 sessions per week available.  This post is for a newly qualified Salaried GP for an initial 3 month contract.  This is initially a 3 month contract with flexible start date with potential to extend the length of the contract.

All Practices have multi-disiplinary teams that you will be part of for support and team working.  This is a new role, and the successful candidate can help shape the role and duties.  There will be mentoring support available.

Salary will be dependant on experience.

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Operational Manager to join the PCN's Senior Management Team to provide operational and organisational support to the wider PCN and member practices.

The Operational Manager is a key contact within the Senior Management Team, with responsibilities that include line managing clinical and non-clinical staff and helping to organise and promote PCN level services and initiatives.  The Operational Manager will also be involved with troubleshooting and general system support (both IT systems and patient or service pathways).

The job will cover management of HR for PCN staff, strategic finance, estates and workforce planning. Therefore previous experience in these fields is essential.

Working 37 hours spread over the week to meet the needs of the PCN and be be agreed with the successful applicant.

Salary £30,784 - £36,556 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
